'PantryPicker's journey started with a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Via Flaminia. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our small family-oriented pizza shop began with generational recipes.
Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered pizza-crafting while exploring Italy and studying with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the birthplace of pizza. After coming back to the UK, she aimed to replicate Naples' authentic pizza charm, using time-honored techniques and the most select ingredients.
Our once humble 12-seat eatery has expanded into a cherished local gem, yet our dedication to supreme quality and genuineness stands firm. We continue employing the age-old wood-fired oven tradition, produce our dough freshly each day, and procure only the best ingredients available.
Presently, 'PantryPicker' is still family-managed, with the Rossi's next generation at the helm of our enthusiastic team. While we have adopted certain modern advancements, our core principle remains: to forge delectable, authentic pizza that unites people.
