Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it without any charges. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +39 06 1234 5678. If the order has been dispatched or is already prepared and cannot be stopped, we will be unable to cancel it.

Returns

If the product you receive is not fresh or has a quality issue, you may return it immediately upon delivery. For logistical reasons, we cannot accept returns after the food has been accepted and paid for. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and, if you have any concerns, inform our delivery staff right away.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

In the unlikely event that the incorrect item is delivered to you, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you at no additional cost.
